We are a “venue only” facility, in that we give you complete control of the catering, music, photographer and more. This is your special day and at Whispering Trees, the gorgeous grounds and setting are provided and the rest is up to your imagination. This is your day and at Whispering Trees, we believe you deserve the wedding of your dreams.
In addition to our beautiful venue, we offer our charming carriage house for the couple and their wedding party to get ready. The second floor features a private dressing room for the bride and bridal party, complete with a bathroom, salon chair, multiple mirrors (including a full-length mirror), a mini-fridge, microwave, and plenty of space to prepare. A room on the first floor serves as the gentlemen’s quarters, providing a comfortable space for the groom and groomsmen to get ready for the special day.
Here’s a look at what’s included to ensure your wedding is truly unforgettable:
- Access to our venue from 10am-10:30pm, send off by 9:30pm
- Your choice of our Creek Side or Victorian Garden wedding locations, both with bench seating
- Our 40×60 (2,400 sf) covered pavilion with large barn-style sliding doors on the ends to bring the outside in when desired. There’s also a 12×40 (480 sf) covered veranda attached to the pavilion
- Seating for up to 200 guests ($20/guest over 200, maximum 240)
- Custom built covered bar with commercial refrigeration and freezers adjacent to pavilion
- 4 acres of property with absolutely one of a kind settings that welcome many unique photo ops
- Use of our property for engagement photos
- 2-hour rehearsal time
- Thousands of outdoor lights on at dusk to enhance the magical setting
- Whispering Trees Manor staff on site throughout the event if needed
- Caterer’s kitchen with industrial sinks, commercial prep tables, refrigeration and freezers (in our carriage house)
- Full service indoor restrooms with handicapped access
- Parking for guests and private parking for the wedding party at the venue
- Golf cart shuttle if needed
- Multiple firepits with bench seating in various settings – firewood included
- Unlimited phone calls or emails for any venue related questions throughout your planning
