How much does it cost to have a wedding at the venue?

Can we tour the venue?

Absolutely! We enjoy showing couples around the property! Reach out and we can schedule a time that works. We do reside on the property so we kindly ask that all visits be scheduled ahead of time.

Do you offer catering services?

No, we do not provide catering. We are a venue only rental, however – we can suggest vendors. We are a venue only facility, in that we give you complete control of the catering, music, photographer and more.

What happens if it rains?

We will do everything we can to accommodate your ceremony at your chosen location. However, sometimes Mother Nature has other plans. If needed, we can move your ceremony inside our pavilion. Planning an outdoor wedding in Edinboro, Pennsylvania requires flexibility, we’ve got you covered. J

Do you have overnight accommodations?

Yes, we have 2 private bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, in our carriage house. Also, there’s a Comfort Inn right down the road, other Airbnb’s locally, and many hotels in Erie (20 minutes away) and Meadville (20 minutes away). We are also renovating a small 2 bedroom home on the property complete with a small kitchen and bathroom, it will be available soon as well.

Are there facilities for the elderly and disabled?

Yes, we have ADA certified restrooms and will provide transportation via golf carts to and from the parking lot and the restrooms if needed.

Can I arrive early to start getting ready on my wedding day?

Yes, generally you can arrive at 10AM the morning of your special day. With communication, we can be flexible with start times in the morning.

What time does our celebration have to end?

We’re happy you’re considering our venue for your wedding. We request the music to end at 9:30PM and guests exit by 10:30PM. Please Note: As we reside on the property and value the peacefulness of our countryside setting, we may occasionally request that the music volume be adjusted to respect our neighbors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a harmonious environment for everyone.

Is there an additional charge for tables and chairs?

No, included in your venue rental fee is the set-up of tables and chairs, we just ask that you give us your final count at least a week in advance and let us know if you’d prefer a sweetheart table or a full wedding party head table.

Is alcohol permitted?

Yes, alcohol is permitted when provided by RAMP certified licensed bartenders. We allow a maximum of 5 hours of serving time and request no shots be served.

How many people can we have?

Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 175 guests, providing ample space for everyone to enjoy your special day. While we can technically host up to 240 guests, please note that this may result in a more crowded experience. We recommend keeping your guest list around 175 for the best possible ambiance and comfort.

What if we have questions or need assistance the day of our wedding?

We are proud to be a family run venue. We will be available to direct parking, shuttle guests if needed via golf cart, answer any questions throughout your day, and generally assist where needed.
